Flower varieties and colors are based on seasonal availability. You may provide us with a 1st choice, 2nd choice or even 3rd choice request for any personal specifications. We will do our best to accommodate those requests, however we cannot guarantee them. You can request a delivery time within the "Delivery Window" itemized for each zone on our Delivery Area page and we will do our very best to accommodate. If your order requires a specific time outside of our allotted delivery window, an expedited fee is required. Please call and speak with one of our Customer Care Team Members at 386-274-1662.
If the weather permits, we will leave the delivery outside if we determine that the area is protected under a suitable amount of shade. We will notify the purchaser by text that the delivery has been left with a photo for proof. If we are delivering to an apartment building or condo, we will leave the delivery with the concierge and will notify the purchaser by text. If the temperature is not suitable to leave the delivery outdoors {because this is Florida, after all!} we will contact you and attempt to deliver on a different day. One second delivery attempt will be made free of charge to any order in Zones 1 & 2, and an extra $20 fee will be charged for a second delivery attempt to Zone 3.

We use only premium flowers and execute a multiple step process to ensure floral freshness and longevity. All flowers are stored in a climate controlled "Cooler" in our warehouse until packaged for delivery.
Flowers that are wrapped need to be cut and placed in water within 6 hours of receiving. All wrapped Bouquets are delivered with water tubes attached to stems for optimum hydration. Be sure that the flowers are cut at an angle, not a flat, blunt cut. Bloom life span should be between 5-8 days depending on the cleanliness of their water and the coolness of their storage/staging temperature.
Flowers arranged and delivered in vases of water should last 5-8 days, but their water should be changed at least every other day to help protect the blooms from the growth of bacteria in the water.
Pro Tip: The closer the head of your blooms are to the water source, the longer the life span. So, as your flowers age, you can redesign them into smaller vessels to lengthen their life span and your enjoyment!
One of the absolute best things about Succulents is their low maintenance care requirement. Succulents do NOT like to have their roots sitting in sopping wet soil. Therefore, water your Succulent Arrangement lightly once or twice a week depending on where you store them. If stored outside in the Florida heat, you may want to lightly water twice a week. Just remember that a little goes a long way for Succulents!
Next, Succulents DO NOT like extreme heat; if placed outside in direct sunlight, make sure they receive only "morning" sun and not "afternoon" sun. Afternoon sun is more scorching to Succulents. Your Succulents will thrive in bright shaded areas.
The second-best thing about Succulents is how easy it is to grow more! If a petal breaks off of your succulent, do not throw it away, instead lay it flat in a shallow dish of soil and over time you will see little succulent babies begin to bloom off the end of the petal. Once you see the growth of roots, you can carefully cut off the petal and then plant your small, new Succulent!
Pro Tip: Succulent Babies cannot handle direct sun, they are too small and will burn. Keep your Succulent Babies in a bright, shaded area until they reach fuller maturity.
